Bus Stops - When and Where?

Many of our children are having to wait for a bus on the side of the road, in rain and hot summer sun without a bus shelter. Many children gather in Lanes Road, Wongawallan morning and afternoon. Lanes Road in the interchange for many children going to and from Mt Tamborine. This Association has contacted The Main Roads Department and asked them to investigate safer areas on the Tamborine Oxenford Road for designated bus set down points. We'll keep you informed as the information comes to hand. If you have an area of concern in relation to transport or school bus pick up and drop off stops, please let us know so we can write to either Council or Main Roads.
