Are they joking? Are we building tomorrows slums?

Is this really the type of development we want for our area? So much green being replaced with grey... 'The Green behind the Gold' could soon just be the green of roof tiles. CV&HRA would like to see developers and Council working together to make the 'right decisions' for our children's future. Tight, small lot cul-de-sac roads limit bus access. Council is encouraging residents to use the public transport system more so it makes sense that roads should be wider.
